SFP : two mini-colloquia and two plenary invited talks

The French Physical Society (SFP) will hold its plenary congress in Strasbourg (France) on the dates 24-28 august.

This year congress will host several events concerning cold atoms and related topics :

1) two mini-colloquia (= 2-hour invited/contributed sessions) on “Cold atoms and light, metrology, correlated systems” held on - Wednesday, August 26th : 10h45-12h45 - Thursday, August 27th : 14h15-16h15

Contributed abstracts are solicited for these colloquia - with several oral slots to be assigned.
Moreover a poster session will be held on Wednesday, August 26th (16h15-19h15).

2) two plenary invited talks delivered by

  • Jean Dalibard (Collège de France) - Tuesday, August 25th (16h45-17h30)
  • Tilman Pfau (Universität Stuttgart) - Wednesday, August 26th (8h30-9h15)
